Job Overview
We are looking for a second shift person with key work ethic values who want to learn the trade of Stone Installing and to grow within the company, in the Cedar Rapids, IA area.

You must have solid work longevity.

Ability to Commute, have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Shift: Second Shift goes from 2pm to 11pm/12am

Duties

• Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembling and fabricating components as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment to promote workplace safety.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines effectively.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials as required by the job duties.
• Other duties as need and delegated by management
