They are growing, expanding, and they need a Commercial Roofing Foreman and a Commercial Roofing Laborer.
JOB PURPOSE You have a strong background in commercial roofing and proven leadership abilities to oversee and manage roofing projects and employees effectively.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management: Supervise and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budget, and timeline.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate roofing crews, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that roofing installations meet industry standards and client expectations for quality and craftsmanship.
Material Management: Manage inventory of roofing materials, and coordinate delivery schedules.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and best practices on-site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have throughout the project.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during roofing projects in a timely and efficient manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, safety records, and material usage logs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with a proven track record of successful project management.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of roofing professionals.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
Safety Conscious: Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the roofing industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and suppliers.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and address issues on-site.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license and any relevant certifications in roofing or construction management are preferred.
