Place, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools

Smooth and finish surfaces using trowels, floats, screeds, and edgers

Apply curing or sealing compounds

Read and follow project plans and specifications

Set forms, check grades, and ensure proper concrete thickness

Repair surface imperfections and perform touch-ups

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Work closely with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines

Previous experience as a concrete finisher (1+ years preferred)

Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods

Reliable transportation to job sites

Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with stamped or decorative concrete

Experience in commercial concrete projects

Ability to read blueprints (preferred but not required)

OSHA certification (not required)
