Office Coordinator & Dispatcher

We’re teaming up with a rapidly expanding Technology Solutions company in Northeast Iowa to recruit for a brand-new position: Office Coordinator & Dispatcher.

PURPOSE: You are a detail-oriented and proactive Office professional. The Administrative Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication within the organization and with external clients.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering phone calls to receive ticket information from the clients, entering it into the system and assigning to technicians
  • Ability to manage schedules of multiple individuals to dispatch tickets to technicians
  • Material procurement including creating POs and sales orders, placing orders with vendors, checking the equipment in when received
  • Must be able to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently but also collaborate closely with team members to coordinate schedules and communicate about tickets
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task/wear multiple hats in a small, growing business
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service/administrative type role
  • Good phone etiquette is essential. It includes speaking clearly, listening attentively, being polite, and maintaining a professional tone throughout the conversation
  • Excited about the opportunity to work at a small startup with ambitious goals for growth in the coming years
SCHEDULE: 09:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M., 08:00 A.M. to 04:00 P.M. OR 08:30 A.M. to 04:30 P.M.
